Tumbling for 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 and 7-10 year olds
These classes consist of a circuit designed to encourage learning of gymnastics skills, endurance, balance, strength and flexibility. We are a fun based program designed to introduce the children to gymnastics. At the end of class we play a movement based game often giving the children a chance to each be a leader, a skill we feel important enough to build into our classes.
