• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations.
• There is a 3% fee for reservations made using a credit card.
• Reservations can also be made in person using cash or check during regular business hours.
• Phone reservations are accepted at owner’s discretion.
• Waivers are required to be completed online during the reservation process including: Liability Waiver, Photo Release and Rental Agreement.
• A Certificate of Insurance with Performance FieldHouse is required to be brought in.
• A full set of rules will accompany the Rental Agreement. Users shall not conduct any sales of food and/or beverage. No permanent or temporary advertising signage or trademark visibility is allowed anywhere at the facility.
• Rentals are a minimum of 1 hour, but can have additional half hour blocks added such as 1:00PM-2:30PM.

Pitching machines can be added to batting cages @$5 per hour (Jug Gun or Iron Mike), subject to availability.
