$30 per hour
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations.
- There is a 3% fee for reservations made using a credit card.
- Reservations can also be made in person using cash or check during regular business hours.
- Phone reservations are accepted at owner’s discretion.
- Waivers are required to be completed online during the reservation process including: Liability Waiver, Photo Release and Rental Agreement.
- A Certificate of Insurance with Performance FieldHouse is required to be brought in.
- A full set of rules will accompany the Rental Agreement. Users shall not conduct any sales of food and/or beverage. No permanent or temporary advertising signage or trademark visibility is allowed anywhere at the facility.
- Rentals are a minimum of 1 hour, but can have additional half hour blocks added such as 1:00PM-2:30PM.

- The AV Room is available at no additional cost during rental of other facility areas. For example, if you are renting Sport Court 1 for a birthday party from 2-4pm, you may reserve AV Room for “cake & presents” as well from 2-4pm at no additional cost if it is available, call us at (248) 890-3877to make this arrangement.
